At Boier Timepieces, we are committed to delivering high-quality timepieces directly to our customers worldwide. To maintain a highly efficient global inventory system and provide competitive pricing alongside free premium shipping options, we utilize a direct-to-consumer international fulfillment model (commonly known as drop-shipping).

Please read this disclosure carefully before finalizing your purchase, as it outlines how your order is processed, fulfilled, and protected under our payment gateway merchant agreements (Shopify Payments and Stripe).

1. Global Logistics & Fulfillment Partners

  • Direct Sourcing: We design, curate, and source our timepieces from specialized international manufacturers.

  • Direct Shipping: To reduce carbon footprint, unnecessary warehousing costs, and middle-man fees, your order is dispatched directly from our vetted partner fulfillment centers located across Asia, Europe, and international logistics hubs.

  • Quality Control: Every manufacturing partner is subject to strict quality control standards. Your product is guaranteed to arrive in brand-new, premium, and working condition, accompanied by all specific certificates stated on the product page.

2. Dynamic Shipping Timelines

Because items are dispatched directly from global distribution hubs to your country (US, CA, UK, AU, NZ):

  • Standard shipping windows range from 5 to 15 business days, depending on your specific location and local customs throughput.

  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that your package is traveling via international priority routes, and transit times cannot be legally guaranteed due to potential customs delays.

3. Merchant of Record & Payment Security

  • Boier Timepieces is the sole Merchant of Record. This means that even though the product is physically dispatched by a third-party logistics center, we assume 100% legal and financial responsibility for your transaction.

  • Your payment is securely captured and processed under the security protocols of Shopify Payments and Stripe.

  • Any billing inquiries, disputes, or customer service requests must be handled exclusively by Boier Timepieces (support@boiertimepiece.com). Opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank without contacting us first violates our terms and may delay your resolution.

4. Custom Duties, Import Taxes, and Local Regulations

  • As the importer of record, the customer is responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations regarding the legal importation of goods into their country.

  • Any international shipment may be subject to customs duties, GST, VAT, or local inspection fees. These charges are independent of Boier Timepieces and are strictly dictated by your government.

5. Consumer Protection & Lifetime Guarantees

Operating a direct-fulfillment model does not exempt our store from local consumer protection laws. We fully honor and respect:

  • The UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (14-day statutory right).

  • The Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) regarding product quality and fit-for-purpose warranties.

  • Our store-wide 45-Day Return Window and 24-Month Movement Warranty remain completely valid and unaffected by where the item was shipped from.
