1. Shipping Rates & Currencies

To provide a seamless checkout experience, shipping rates are calculated and charged based on your local currency at checkout:

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).

  • Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Please note that these are estimated delivery windows. While we aim to deliver within these timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing or local carrier delays.

  • United Kingdom: 5 – 14 business days

  • United States & Canada: 7 – 15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7 – 15 business days

4. Tracking Your Order

Every shipment includes comprehensive end-to-end tracking. You can track your package in three ways:

  1. Clicking the link inside your Shipping Confirmation email.

  2. Visiting the "Track Your Order" page on our website.

  3. Reaching out to our support team at support@boiertimepiece.com for direct assistance.

5. 100% Insured Shipping

Your peace of mind is guaranteed. All Boier Timepieces shipments are fully insured at no extra cost to you.

In the rare event that your package is deemed officially lost or arrives damaged during transit, we will either dispatch a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (International Orders)

Because we ship internationally, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (such as VAT or GST), and customs clearance fees once the shipment reaches your country.

  • Customer Responsibility: These additional charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Boier Timepieces does not control, collect, or predict these fees.

  • Refused Shipments: If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected customs fees, the cost of original shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your final refund.

7. Address Accuracy & Modifications

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. In accordance with Stripe and Shopify Payments security protocols to prevent fraud, we cannot change the delivery address once the order has been processed or shipped.

  • We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
