At Boier Timepieces, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Our policy operates in strict compliance with consumer protection laws across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.

1. 45-Day Return Window

You have 45 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. If 45 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange, subject to local statutory warranties.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Be in its original, unworn, and unaltered condition.

  • Include all original packaging, quality control cards, manuals, and accessories.

  • Show no signs of use, scratches, or damage caused by misuse.

Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been worn, sized/altered, damaged by the customer, or returned without their warranty cards/packaging cannot be accepted.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@boiertimepiece.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Get Authorization: Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  3. Ship the Item: Ship the item back to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: We cover 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.

  • Change of Mind: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

5. Refund Processing & Timelines

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days.

  • Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

6. Country-Specific Consumer Rights (International Compliance)

Depending on where you live, specific statutory rights apply to your purchase:

🇬🇧 United Kingdom

In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item for a full refund, including standard outbound delivery costs. However, our store extends this peace-of-mind window to 45 days (outbound shipping non-refundable after the first 14 days).

🇦🇺 Australia & 🇳🇿 New Zealand

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

🇺🇸 United States & 🇨🇦 Canada

Refunds will be issued for the transaction amount in the currency originally charged. State, provincial, and local sales taxes will be refunded alongside the purchase price where applicable.

7. Damaged or Defective Items (Upon Arrival)

If your timepiece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@boiertimepiece.com with clear photos of the damage. We will immediately arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including all shipping fees.

8. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your timepiece for a different model, please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and may require a price adjustment based on the new item's value.
